Why would anyone want to insult someone, an agency, or an organization? This artwork was specifically directed at the police. The 'artist' supposedly known as Pedy, must hate the police so badly that he would like everybody to see his hanger.

It's situated at the Kiserian Dam spillway.

I would wish to paint a mural in the spillway too. A beautiful landscape painting someday. The plain walls are ideal 'canvas' for street art. If at all I could get the resources. Art materials are unfortunately extremely expensive in Kenya.

Around the lake is a beautiful place to chill or just hung around though. The dam construction creates an attractive scenery. You can visit the lake to enjoy the view or even catch some fish.
