Refund Policy
We offer refunds for all products that are damaged before or during delivery. You will also get a refund if you receive the wrong product and have lost interest in possible replacements.

We won't offer a refund for products damaged in your possession. However, you can be assured of an amicable resolution when the fault is neither on your side nor ours.

For damaged paintings, we can offer after-sale services to correct any mess and ensure it goes back to the perfect state you wanted when choosing it.

For paid services, you can apply for a full refund if the work is shoddy, off-topic, or does not meet your original requirements.

Note that we provide frequent updates to ensure that we are in line with what you are paying us to do. We would appreciate your guidance and corrections if you feel we are going astray.
It is equally important to request project termination if you detect a flaw in our qualifications for the project. We will be open to any reasonable damages. However, we highly advocate for honesty, guidance, and fairness in the event of a dispute.
